Digital items are available after purchase. They are not refundable due to their digital nature. Items are saved in a zip file and available after purchase. Physical copies of the item will not be sent to you.
Due to the nature of the products that are created, returns, refunds and exchanges are not accepted. If there is an issue with your physical order contact us within 30 days of your delivery to receive a replacement. A picture of the damaged product may be required.
For physical orders, tracking information will be sent directly to the email address that you used upon checkout. Shipping times vary by product. Most canvases take 2-7 days to be produced and 5-7 business days to be shipped within the USA.

There's a 1-month commitment for each new client that we take on. This is similar to a trial period to ensure that we both like working together. If we do, we will sign a longer contract and continue our relationship, woot!
To ensure that our project timeline stays on track we have milestone meetings throughout the duration of the project. During these meetings, you will be able to view the status of the project to ensure that it meets the project scope (detailed in the contract).
As the project comes to a close we will schedule a Hand-Off Meeting. During this meeting, you will be able to test the functionality of the website, ensure that the final design meets the project scope and we will train you on how to navigate your new website. If at any point after the Client Hand-Off meeting there is an issue with the website - our team will fix the issue (coded/designed by us) within two weeks of the launch of your website. After the two weeks, you have the option to retain our web design services monthly which include minimal site updates, blog updates, newsletter distribution, and inbox reports.
Finding funds is hard especially when you're just starting your business. Our services are structured for down payments, monthly payments, and retainers. We accept all major credit cards and ACH deposits. We currently do not accept checks. We accept Sezzle & Klarna for our products listed in the shop.
